At some time in the future we may also supply photographs with some of the culture sheets. The photos would come attached to the emailed culture sheets. The following questions will aid us in setting up this feature, as well as determining what can be sent to you when and if the feature becomes available. By clicking the "I Agree and Subscribe. Bill me!" button below, you are agreeing to pay an invoice for $10 in US dollars by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover within two days. You further agree that the Culture Sheets will be for your personal use only, and you will not reproduce them in any way.

The invoice will be emailed to you. You will immediately receive two of the culture sheets you have selected (if any), along with the invoice, soon after you submit. When you receive the invoice, you may also select optional larger subscriptions for 22 or 30 sheets, instead of the basic 10 sheet subscription.

When we receive payment, you will receive the other sheets you have requested, or if you haven't selected all of them, your future requests will be honored when you make them. If we do not receive payment future requests for sheets or subscriptions will be ignored until paid.

Once you have submitted the subscription application above, you will be able to choose up to ten different available sheets. You will get two immediately, and the balance when payment is received. In addition, once payment is received, requests for sheets not listed will be considered, but only on a 'suggestion box' basis.
